This year’s festival was particularly memorable as various eateries showcased their creativity with dishes like “Pizza Kinalas” and “Shawarma Kinalas,” blending traditional elements with contemporary twists. These innovations highlighted Kinalas’ versatility and culinary potential.

The festival’s success was bolstered by the support and organization of Naga’s local government unit (LGU), ensuring smooth operations and a celebration that honored and preserved the city’s rich culinary heritage. The Kinalas Festival underscored the dish’s cultural significance and reaffirmed the city’s dedication to promoting and preserving local cuisine.

As the festival concluded, it was evident that the annual Kinalas Festival had once again united people in celebrating Naga’s unique culinary traditions. By cherishing and promoting Kinalas, the festival plays a vital role in honoring the historical and cultural importance of this beloved dish.
