In accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 683 signed in 1991, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts is preparing to celebrate #NAM2025 with the theme “Ani ng Sining, Diwa at Damdamin”.
The NCCA believes that our nation’s creativity springs forth from the spirit and passion of our people. The spirit, our diwa, is the essence, the soul, the core of the ways of the arts that resonate with our passion, the damdamin that is enriched by our history and hope for the future. This 2025, the National Arts Month celebrates the expressions of beauty that dwell within the spirit and passion of the nation.
In Naga City, the region’s arts and culture hub, Arts Month will be marked with lively and colorful performances and art shows highlighted by Karaw Festival at the Plaza Rizal from February 19-23 and other activities.
