Holds artefacts and memorabilia related to the devotion to Ina, highlighted by dioramas. The museum also serves as information center for pilgrims and visitors.

Completed in 1993, the museum exhibits Ina’s mantle, crown, aureola, and dioramas which tell the story of the early days of the devotion up to the present. It recounts the story of how the Frenchman Simon Vela found the image in Salamanca, Spain, and how it arrived in present-day Naga and spread to the rest of the region and the world. The museum was declared a National Historical Landmark on September 9, 1988.

The facility also holds the Pagoda, the vessel used to transport Ina during fluvial processions.

The museum also serves as the information center for visitors and Pilgrims of Ina.
