On the early morning of the Feast of the Divino Rostro, Inâ is transferred from the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Peñafrancia to the Old Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Peñafrancia through a penitential procession via Dayangdang-Colgante Bridge-Peñafrancia Avenue.

Before the procession, a Mass at 3:00am is celebrated then the procession commences after the Rite of Departure at the end of the Mass.
