ELIGIBILITY & GUIDELINES
Open to all visual artists, students, and professionals (18-65 years old) NOT affiliated with Karaw Festival art groups.
Participants must bring their own art supplies & 16×20-inch box-type canvas.
All artworks must be completed on-site within the competition timeframe.
