GUIDELINES
1. Attendees must present their tickets to enter the Ball.
2. Attendees must follow the guidelines for attire to be admitted.
3. Attendees must initially enter the ball venue with their partner.
4. Minors must provide the organizers with their parents/guardians’ contact information in case of emergency.
5. Attendees must remain in the event area until the event has ended.
6. Attendees must dance and behave appropriately. Any behavior or dance deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated.
7. If an attendee is deemed under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances, their parents/guardians will be called to pick them up.
8. The possession or consumption of tobacco, drugs, alcohol, and paraphernalia is strictly prohibited.
9. Guns, sharp objects, and large props are not allowed in the event as it may cause concern, accidents, and disturb some guests/attendees. However, small props are allowed.
10. Refrain from excessive public displays of affection. Observe proper etiquette.
11. If inappropriate behavior (e.g. taking pictures without consent, inappropriately touching someone, destruction of others’ belongings, etc.) is observed by the staff, immediate action will be taken.
12. Be responsible for your belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any lost possessions.
