With the theme “Reconnect: Bridging Generations, Celebrating Legacy”, the Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) Alumni Association and its High School Batch 2000 will be hosting the 2025 Grand Alumni Homecoming on March 8, 2025 from 7:00 AM-10:00 PM.
