The 19th Luzonwide Higher Education Press Conference (LHEPC) is  conducted by the Association of Luzonwide Tertiary Press Advisers (ALTPA) and the Association of Tertiary Schools Publication Advisers of Bicol (ATSPAB) Inc. with the theme “AI and Ethics: Shaping the Future of Campus Journalism in the Digital Age”.

The annual campus journalism event for college students aims to

(1) develop fellowship among campus journalists;

2) enrich the participants’ journalistic qualities through a series of lectures and competitions; and

(3) enhance the practice of campus journalism in higher education institutions in general.

Aside from a series of lectures from renowned resource speakers in the field of journalism, the 19th LHEPC will also feature (1) 13 individual contest categories competed by the top five winners from each competing region; and (2) group contests with four brackets which include newsletter, tabloid, magazine and literary folio.

The event will be held at the Villa Caceres Hotel in Naga City on March 19-21.
